SF MEMORIES / WEDDINGS

Your photographer tells one story.
Your guests add their own.
Your professional photos have their own place. Guest photos bring another perspective: your grandparents laughing at their table, a family dressed up together, and the dance-floor moment you were across the room for.
Memories gives those pictures somewhere to come together. As guests upload, you can open your private owner album and start enjoying their contributions—even before the evening is over.

How to share wedding photos with a QR code
Create your wedding event.
Set up your Memories event and get the QR code and guest link. Keep your private owner access separate from the link you share with guests.
Invite guests to share.
Put your QR code on reception tables or a welcome sign. Guests scan it and upload photos and videos from their phones. No guest account or app download is needed.
Enjoy your collection.
Open the album with your owner access, browse the moments, and download the memories you want to keep. The organizer pays once; guests contribute for free.
A SMALL DETAIL IN YOUR WEDDING PLANS
Make the invitation feel like you.
A QR code works best when people know what it is for. Add a warm, simple message beside it and ask your MC to mention it during the reception.
“We can’t be everywhere tonight. Share the day through your eyes—scan here to add your photos and videos.”
Try a table card near the centrepiece, a sign by the guest book, or a link in your wedding website. Test the printed code before the day and leave room around it so phones can scan it easily.

How much storage is included?
Each event includes 50 GB of storage and up to 5,000 files, subject to both limits. Individual photos can be up to 50 MB and videos up to 2 GB.
How long can guests upload, and when should I download?
Standard event uploads open 24 hours before your event for testing. Guests can keep contributing until your album expires, with uploads and downloads available through the 90th day after the event. Check your event confirmation for the exact deadline, and download your collection before access ends. Memories is temporary event storage, not a permanent archive.
Can I download the original files together?
Yes. Original files are available to download. Larger collections are organized into numbered ZIP parts, and files too large for a ZIP part are downloaded individually. Save every part you want to keep before your album expires.
Can guests upload pictures they have already taken?
Yes. They can choose photos and videos from their phones after opening your event’s guest upload page.
Does scanning the QR code give everyone access to my album?
The guest QR code is for contributing photos and videos. Your private owner access is for viewing and downloading the collection. Only share that owner access with people you want to have it.
Does this replace a wedding photographer?
No. Think of Memories as a way to bring together the candid photos your guests are already taking, alongside your professional wedding photography.
Can I see how it works before setting up my wedding?
Yes. Open the guest preview to explore the sharing experience.
Keep more of your kind of special.
A wedding lasts a day. Give the moments on everyone’s phones a place to come together.
